[netcdfgroup] Where can I find a NetCDF Editor?

Hi, All,

Could anyone possibly tell me where to find a NetCDF editor that meets the 
following requirements:
 1 Open, modify, and save .nc file
 2 Windows GUI program

I've tried Leo NetCDF, but it can't open some example .nc files. And can I find 
a free program?
