My fault.  I should have told you to remove the file
"src/fortran/control.c" before re-executing the "make" command.

Please try the following:

    1.  Go to the top-level source directory.

    2.  Remove the file "src/fortran/control.c".

    3.  Execute the "make" command like I indicated in my previous
	reply.
