[noaaport] Interference test of Galaxy 31 opposite polarity of NOAAport

SUBJECT:  Galaxy 31 Opposite POL Test
.
START DATE/TIME: Friday, April 28th, 2023 at 2300Z
.
END DATE/TIME: Saturday, April 29th, 2023 at 1100Z
.
INFO: Intelsat will be conducting a controlled 12hr Use Carrier test on the opposite polarity as
the SBN channel. This test is being done to confirm the SBN signal quality when non-AWIPS
carriers are brought online. If any impacts are noted during the test, the NCF will notify
Anuvu/Intelsat of the sites impacted and the test will cease.

SITE ACTION: No site action is required

SITE IMPACT: If the SBN signal quality is impacted, the 12 hour test will be
immediately stopped.
