I can now confirm the following…

 

DOWN (but NTUS50 KWBC keep-alive messages from NCF are getting through on IDS|DDPLUS):

 

NOAAport/SBN

NOAA Weather Wire Service (NWWS), and NWWS-OI

 

UP:

EMWIN, Byteblaster (which uses EMWIN)

 

This as of 14:10Z.
