[Support #HDQ-517625]: Assistance requested for "Gap in packet sequence" log entries from noaaportIngester

Is the pattern of Gap messages the same?  I.e., are the great majority
of Gap messages associated with port 1208 (multicast IP address 224.0.1.8)

Here is the output from one of our Linux NOAAPort ingest systems.  I
will send the request for the same to our NOAA/GSL contact.
