[NOAAPORT #GGP-872890]: New Noaaport server with ldm

This is the same kind of thing I got when I tried this on one of
our Linux NOAAPort ingest machines.

We have used 'ncat' to convert a unicast UDP stream to a TCP
stream.  I figured that using it was worth a test to see if
'ncat' could get stuff from your eno2 Ethernet interface.

All ucar.edu email addresses are now Gmail, so address@hidden
should work fine.

Now?  I am currently at home, but I've done a couple of hangouts
from here in the past so it should work.

I will be online from home for the next half hour.  After that,
I need to get ready for work and head to the office (drive takes
40 minutes).  After that, I will be in my office until about 4.
