[netCDF #ELN-164439]: Compiling WRF

Hello,

I'm glad you were able to install netCDF.  I'm afraid I do not know anything 
about WRF, and am not certain why it would be failing to find netcdf.inc.  You 
might try contacting the WRF development team, or posting an issue on their 
GitHub page found at: https://github.com/wrf-model/WRF
