[netCDF #FYY-108606]: NetCDF-Fortran: nf and nf03_test FAIL

Hello,

Can you provide the config.log file generated when you ran 'configure' for 
netCDF-Fortran? I am curious, because the errors being reported, when examined, 
report no error occurred.
