[netCDF #NUU-636081]: More netcdf-fortran probs, sorry

Hello,

I'm wondering if there is another version of libnetcdf installed on the system; 
this is a bug we would encounter with older versions of netCDF-C.  What do you 
see if you run (substituting the appropriate path)

    $ ldd ../fortran/.libs/libnetcdff.so | grep libnetcdf 

This should tell us which netcdf-c library you're linking against.  Once we can 
confirm it's the correct one, we can figure out what the next steps are.
