Ah HA! Eureka! And other exclamations to that effect.
I finally hunted down this bug. There it was all the time. There was a leak,
even though valgrind said there wasn't, and the HDF5 library said there wasn't.
SO YOU WERE RIGHT ALL ALONG!!
(I hope that felt good.) ;-)
Get the snapshot I *just* generated 10 minutes ago, and try, and tell me if
your problem goes away. If it does not, I am going to buy you a beer. Now I am
going to bed!
