[netCDF #BBB-798375]: netcdf-4.1-rc1 make check error at DAP

Hi Ken,

> Please let me know when the snapshot nccopy problem is fixed so I can

*** Testing nccopy on ncdump/*.nc files
  *** copy c0.nc to copy_of_c0.nc ...
  Out of memory
  ./tst_nccopy4.sh: line 18: 1174 Segmentation fault ./nccopy $i.nc
copy_of_$i.nc
  FAIL: tst_nccopy4.sh

Unfortunately , I can't duplicate the problem here either on a Linux or
Sun platform. In either case, the 01-14 snapshot completes successfully.

Also the "Out of memory" message merely indicates malloc() failed, but
doesn't help in determining from which function emalloc() (which calls
malloc()) was called. Did you get a core dump when the failure occurred?
If so, can you supply a traceback for where nccopy was when the memory
allocation failed? It's just copying a relatively small netCDF-3 file,
ncdump/c0.nc, when the problem occurred ...
