[netCDF #TJW-910944]: Reduce a NetCDF file extracting only a part of it

Howdy Florian!

I think that the NCO tools, which you already mention, would be my preference.

According to the NCO web pages, ncks is available for windows. See their web 
site at:
http://nco.sourceforge.net/
