[netCDF #OHV-990519]: large file support problems in 4.0.1-beta3?

What version of HDF5 were you linking against in /d1/haley/5.1.0 ?

I just tried netCDF-4.0.1-beta3 with HDF5-1.8.2 with --enable-largefile
and --enable-large-file-tests, and it worked fine.

I assume you've already checked that you were running "make check" in a
file system that had enough free disk (I think you need around 6 GBytes
to run the large file tests).

By the way, --enable-largefile is the configure default so need not be
explicitly specified.
