Howdy!
Firstly, there is no need to change anything in Makefile.in. Instead use FFLAGS
to specify F77 flags, and FCFLAGS to specify F90 flags.
Also you need to set CPPFLAGS to -DpgiFortran, not -Df2cFortran.
Then try again...
