[Support #CVH-600179]: make check fails with "Error: Integer too big

Sorry this was a bug in netCDF-4.0 that is fixed in netCDF-4.0.1-beta,
available from

  ftp://ftp.unidata.ucar.edu/pub/netcdf/netcdf-4.0.1-beta1.tar.gz
