[netCDF #QHS-804263]: netcdf make check error

Hi Ulas,

We'll need more information to diagnose the problem.

If you are using the Intel Fortran compiler, ifort, it may be
that you need to run a script to set the environment variables
correctly for ifort to tell it where to find its runtime libraries
before trying to use ifort.  That's the error described here:

The error could also be caused by using a different compiler that has
not been configured correctly to know ehere its runtime library is.
With some compilers, you need to set LD_LIBRARY_PATH to specify where
the runtime language support is installed, if you put things in a
nonstandard place.

know what platform, compiler, and netCDF version you are using:
