[netCDF #NDG-347287]: netCDF porting problems

Howdy Hyeon Kook Kim!

It is normal for the configure process to generate a lot of errors. It tries a
lot of different things to see what will work on your platform.

In your case, the make check and make install worked just fine, so you are
ready to go.
