[netCDF #DTX-704143]: netCDF 3.6.2 on mac OSX 10.5 with intel

Tim,

Hi Tim,

I just got around to adding information you provided on what worked to
our document "Other Builds of the netCDF Package" at

  http://www.unidata.ucar.edu/software/netcdf/docs/other-builds.html

under the entry "Mac OS 10.4 and 10.5, with Intel 10 Fortran", after a
similar entry by another user, Andy Hogg:

http://www.unidata.ucar.edu/software/netcdf/docs/other-builds.html#ifort_mac_64

Please let me know if you have any corrections. This may be of help to
others in the future.
