[netCDF #HXZ-124728]: Install Issues

Hi Michael,

You may be seeing a symptom of a compiler bug described here:

According to the discussion on that forum, not using the -Mlarge_arrays option
may be a
solution until the bug is fixed, or perhaps it's fixed in a current version of
the compiler.

You should also not use the compiler option -mcmodel=medium as that evidently
implies
-Mlarge_arrays in versions of the PGI compiler later than 6.1 ...
