[netCDF #POL-477919]: ncdump ncml attribute bug?

Hi Nick,

This looks like a bug.  Can you make a netCDF file available (either via an
attachment or so I can download it remotely), so we can reproduce the problem
and fix it?

Also, when you sya you're trying the "latest stable", do you mean the netCDF
3.6.2 release, or one of the later daily snapshot releases that built
successfully on various platforms.
