[netCDF #JKT-429930]: NetCDF installation

Howdy Abbas!

Looks like you don't have permission to install netCDF under /usr/local.

You can rerun configure with --prefix=/home/Abbas (or some other directory that
you can write to), and rerun make install to install netCDF under that new
directory.

Then you could add the new location to your MANPATH, to see the netCDF man
pages. (To use the library you must include the proper -I and -L options to
your program makefiles).
