[Support #RCB-771991]: Netcdf 3.6.2 install

Hi,

Everything looks OK, from the files you sent.  You have built and tested
netCDF-3.6.2, but if you also want to install it, you need to "make install".
That will put the libraries and include files in a place where you can use them
to compile and link your programs that use netCDF.
