[Support #BPJ-806970]: netcdf-3.6.2 faild on ia64

Hi Malte,

Could you please send more information about this error?  We haven't seen it 
before, and have successful builds on similar Linux systems that passed all the 
tests.  In particular, it would really help us if you could send details on the 
compilers used, the output of the configure script, and the complete output of 
"make check", as described here, if it's not too inconvenient:
