Your fortran build is not working.

Set FFLAGS to "-mp -recursive" and set CPPFLAGS to -DpgiFortran, and try again.

Like this:

make distclean && FFLAGS="-mp -recursive" CPPFLAGS=-DpgiFortran ./configure && 
make check
