Thanks for reporting this - that link has been fixed.

If you are using version 3.6.0 of netcdf, you probably want to be
looking at:

http://www.unidata.ucar.edu/packages/netcdf/docs/index.html

Which has all the most recent documentation, and also has all the
documentation available for download in various formats.
