Hi Nicolas,
Sorry, but we won't have precompiled binaries for Windows until after the
4.0 release in June. Currently we are trying to get the netCDF-4.0-beta2
release tested and released. There are still some problems with HDF5 1.8
and netCDF-4 that are obstacles to making that release available ...
