It looks like the global symbol in the netCDF library has the correct
name (_ncacpy_) but the wrong case: the linker was looking for the
symbol _NCACPY_.

I suspect that the cfortran.h file needs to be told to use uppercase
symbols rather than lowercase ones.  Would you please send me your
cfortran.h file.
