Hi Mila:

We have pre-compiled binaries of netcdf using Microsoft Visual C++ 6.0 and 
Compaq Digital
Visual Fortran 6.6. These should work in any win32 ewnvironment, including XP. 
If you are using a different C/Fortran compiler, you may have to recompile them.

The f90 interface, unfortunately, has not been built.
