Irwandi,

>I want to install netcdf-3.5.0 on linux SUSE 7.1
>but I get probelm about this one how to solve it ?

A quick review of the output you included shows that you did not define
CPPFLAGS as per the recommendations in:

Unidata netCDF
http://www.unidata.ucar.edu/packages/netcdf
  Installation Instructions
  http://www.unidata.ucar.edu/packages/netcdf/INSTALL.html
    Linux
    http://www.unidata.ucar.edu/packages/netcdf/INSTALL.html#linux

Try setting up the environment variables as listed, cleaning up
after the failed make, rerunning configure, and the rerunning make.
