Since many mailers have a limit on the size of files that they will
allow, we may need to break whatever file(s) is(are) sent to you into
small "chunks" that can be reassembled on your machine.  Before we can
do this, however, we need to know some information from you:

o what platform (machine operating system) are you trying to transfer
  the software to

o exactly which files do you want to transfer

We need to know what platform you are transferring to so we can select
an appropriate application to split the file(s) you want into smaller
chunks.

I must say that it is more likely that you would be able to FTP the files
successfully than to have them sent by email.  The reason for this is
that a number of implementations of FTP allow for continuation of a
transfer even after connections have dropped out for some reason (timeout
and other failures, etc.).  With this capability, you can retry your
FTP as many times as is needed to complete the transfer.
