20010430: Linux install problems: Fortran



Anthony,

You sent me another copy of the file "configure.log" rather than the
file "make.log".  Would you please try again.

Also, the file "configure.log" that you sent was one, big, run-on
sentence.  Would you please ensure that the original line breaks are
kept intact.  Thanks.
