Hi Federico, Steve asked me to help you on this.

there should be a ncdumps.exe file in that distribution
try using that instead, like:

  ncdumps 95.111_025.004
or
  .\ncdumps 95.111_025.004


This will send the output to the screen so you can see if it works right
away.
send me error message if it doesnt
