Because building the netCDF package requires the standard-C function
"memmove", you'll have to locate it on your system.  I suggest a
brute-force approach -- something like the following:

    nm -g /lib/lib* | grep memmove
    nm -g /usr/lang/lib/lib* | grep memmove
    nm -g /usr/lang/SC*/lib* | grep memmove

Let me know where you find it.
