We don't develop or support GMT, just some data access software that GMT
uses (netCDF). I don't know whether or not a of GMT version for Windows
NT is available. The GMT package in source form is available via
anonymous ftp from several servers:

    kiawe.soest.hawaii.edu in /pub/gmt. [Hawaii, US]
    ibis.grdl.noaa.gov in /pub/gmt. [Maryland, US]
    ftp.geologi.uio.no in /pub/gmt. [Oslo, Norway]

GMT was developed and is maintained by Paul Wessel
(address@hidden) and Walter H. F. Smith
(address@hidden).
