Great!  The addition of the "-mismatch" option to FFLAGS allowed the
netCDF-2 Fortran API to be built -- and it tests out OK.

Looks like we're done.

If you want to install the version 2 Fortran API, then do the following:

    1.  Go to the top-level source directory.

    2.  Ensure that the package is completely built:

            "make"

    3.  Install the package:

            "make install"
