All I can say is this is a link error of some sort.
You will have to find someone else who knows more about your
tools than I do to help with this.
Perhaps you should just link statically by explictly
including netcdf.lib as one of the objects to link.

These line numbers don't line up with what I sent you in my last email.
It appears that these messages come from the previous version
of jackets.c we were using.
