970221: GRIB to netCDF converter?

Tom,
The grib to netcdf converter is part of our publically available
netcdf tools, which can be ftp'd from our anonymous ftp
server at: ftp.unidata.ucar.edu under the directory
/pub/decoders.

One of the programs in decoders is called gribtonc which
is used to decode grib data into netcdf files.

Please see the documentation in the distribution as well
as the netcdf WWW page on out server at www.unidata.ucar.edu
for further information.
