Hmm...   Looks like we need to redefine the byte fill value.  Try the
following:

    1.  Go to the `fortran/' subdirectory.

    2.  Edit the file `irix5.m4': define the macro FILBYTEMACRO to
        `129' (use the file `unicos.m4' as a guide).

    3.  Execute the command `make clean'.

    4.  Execute the command `make'.

    5.  Execute the command `make test'.
