Sorry, but I don't know what "DS359.0" refers to. The netCDF software is
available as a compressed tar file via anonymous FTP from
ftp://ftp.unidata.ucar.edu/pub/netcdf/netcdf.tar.Z
and more information about the package is available using a WWW client such
as NetScape of Mosaic at:
