[McIDAS #HQH-586893]: mcidas-x download forbidden

If your home setup does not have a static IP, then SSHing in will likely
be problematic or not possible at all.  Let's proceed without this
for now.

I think I need to see your entire McIDAS make log file, 
~mcidas/mcidas2018/src/makelog.
Can you either send it as an attachment, or put it somewhere I have access to
(UAlbany FTP server, dropbox, etc.)?
