..has the data, as we are not permitted in :)

Your request line is in order.

Question: Why are you feeding from a .mil site, when we have all the data locally (UCAR)?

We have data from KHDX, as do all sites that request it from us, perhaps you should change your request for level II data to us or, preferably, from
one of your RAP machines:
