The above indicates that the pqact(1) process received a SIGINT signal
while it was trying to store a data-product in the database.  SIGINT is
the terminal interrupt signal.  It is typically sent as a result of
typing control-C (^C) on the keyboard.

Why would pqact(1) be receiving a SIGINT signal?

As far as I know, only the LDM server (rpc.ldmd) sends a SIGINT signal
-- and only when it's trying to shutdown the LDM system.
