Hi Jeff and Tom,

I do not see any problems being reported in the log, other than the ldm
immediately shutting down. One thing for Tom to try is running rpc.ldmd in
verbose mode (or even debug mode) directly from the command line. That is,
from $LDMHOME try:
        bin/rpc.ldmd -vl - etc/ldmd.conf
and see if it gives you any more information. If that doesn't help, you can
replace the 'v' with 'x' to get debugging level logging.

Try this and let me know what happens.

Anne
