20051210: updating of topographic composites on ADDE servers

Hi again Bill,

This is a quick note to let you know that the composite images
(topographic and otherwise) are now updating on the following ADDE
servers:

atm.geo.nsf.gov
weather3.admin.niu.edu
adde.ucar.edu
stratus.al.noaa.gov

By tomorrow, there should be full sets of composite data on each.
