[IDV #XEH-588780]: Difficulty loading RAOB soundings

The netCDF version should work.

Are you trying to load these through the Files chooser or the RAOB chooser?  You'll
need to use the RAOB files chooser, not the generic files chooser.  That's the only
one that knows how to read and make sense of the data for plotting skew-t's etc.

If that still doesn't work, please provide a (small) sample file.
