The nightly build failed while transferring over the vista installer, so it was
probably truncated. I just pushed out a new copy. However, that version still
has the issues with the recombined Level II data. For the 2.5 and 2.6a1 versions,
you can download the following file:
ftp://ftp.unidata.ucar.edu/pub/netcdf-java/v2.2.22/nc2.2.jar
which should fix problems accessing the Level II data in those versions.
I've passed your topography issue over to the netcdf-Java folks. Sorry for
the problems. Life on the bleeding edge. ;-)
