[IDV #XWV-632032]: Stride in time dimension?

Just so I could learn how to type and code again after being away for 2 weeks I added this feature in just now. Right click in the times list -> Select 'Choose Interval'
You can select a start (defaults to 1) and an interval (e.g., 24)
