IMPORTANT: Switch to new MADIS distribution system by August 14

All MADIS users,

We have established an upgraded distribution system for all MADIS data
users, and would like you to switch to it as soon as convenient, but
please do so by August 14.

We plan on turning off the old systems COB Mountain time Friday 
August 14.

Here are the old and new servers:
