The SSEC Data Center archives GOES, Meteosat, and GMS data.  To purchase
GOES data you need to contact NCDC, but for other data sources contact
SSEC.  Unfortunately, in this case our Meteosat archive did not begin
soon enough.  Please keep us in mind for any future needs.

I am looking for Meteosat imagery in McIDAS AREA format from
18 Feb 1999 between 06Z and 18Z.  MSFC site has imagery but
only for the current month.  Can anyone help me out?
