20000315: tmpc lines on a skew-t in SNPROF



Darrell,

The temp lines are controlled using the XAXIS 
parameters. The pressure lines with YAXIS. Theta, thetae
and mixing ratio lines with THTALN, THTELN and MIXRLN
respectively.

There are some examples with snprof in the tutorial as well.
